Which tent do I purchase, does the brand fit within my budget? There I was on my computer. I went first to Amazon to type in "PINK TENT." It was nice to see results, but I took a moment to review comments and ratings. It was an unknown brand and made out of flimsy materials. I then started to research brands to compare. I ended up with the E-Z UP brand! I got the E-Z Up Pyramid for half off through an Amazon special. The tend was perfect to setup and quick to take-down with my partner. The rolling case is a plus!

Relatives supplied us with a table. I got an inexpensive tablecloth and a vinyl sign from VistaPrint.

Print Production
There is no thrill better than professionally printing your photography! I started many years ago printing at Walmart poster sizes of my work. It was funny to look back at those days of signing off on property and copyright because the work looked counterfeit from someone walking in from the street. But, without my Epson SureColor P400 Professional Printer, I could not have learned to love the quality that goes into the color and compositions of the works. I could say with the ink I had left over, a good 20-25m, 8.5x11 prints were made.
Live & Learn
Some problems that occurred that may help you not run into as well:
I thought velcro would stick to my tablecloth. The tablecloth I had was spandex, shiny, and smooth. My idea was to put velcro to the sign and stick it onto the cloth. That was not the right move. We instead used twine to tie the vinyl sign. Thankfully, I ordered the sign option with opening rivets for this scenario. Next was finding a glass bowl for the raffle. At first, we thought of a mason jar. My hand could fit but, I wanted to make sure I could swish the cards around. The Dollar store around us did not have any fish bowls, so we stopped by Target. Lastly, and most important. Set up your Square reader! Luckily I found my bank information through my banking app and could update it through the Square app in no time. But, we could have been in a location with no internet, so luck was on our side.
